SWAY IN CLOSER LOOK

What can I say about SWAY...S stands for Saint, W for William
A for Alight Y for Youth. Before this ,we known as ST.William Youth only, until we officially made the name called SWAY.

Well SWAY is a small group of St.William Chapel in Kg.Tempasuk 1 K.Belud, a Youth Group indeed.Mostly teens between 13 till 21, but there must be seniors, so i am one of them and my Friends are the seniors as adviser and monitoring them.

SWAY made their first debut as SWAY in choir at the ST.Edmund Christmas Eve Mass, 2007.Well is quite good but we'll make it better , because we still learning and searching some new ideas and great songs .

Now SWAY was leaded by a teenager, 17 years old and he's struggled to gives his best for the group.His name is Dino Roy.Well quite good but lacks of experiences and leadership is still amateur but i believe in him so we'll see.

SWAY once a very active group, they managed to make money to support their Sabah Youth Day expenditures 2008 in Ranau, they made it and, 14 Youth from SWAY sent there with their own money.They sells lots of food and looking for job that anyone needed such as cleaning up their houses or, their yard and even went to someones wedding to served peoples and washed their dishes and clears the mess.

I'm very proud of them, i wish i was there to join them, but i have my own commitment in job,and i am away from my hometown.But i still get in touch with them though, send them new songs to learn to be sang at the masses .

Now SWAY has 72 members in the web, i mean in the Friendster, but the genuine members are about 30-40 persons.Mostly students and facing a big exams i guess.

About our Church, ST.William Chapel , we're open on Sunday (ordinary mass) at 10.30am, and once a month ,Mass by Father Federick Raymond usually at 6 PM on Saturday.
